Shipping & Returns

All items will be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service).

 

RETURN POLICY:

 

  • Accept returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date for store credit or exchange.
  • Only full priced items that are returned within 14 days of your receipt of the original order are eligible for refund.
  • SUNGLASSES (DUE TO QUAY'S RETURN POLICY) CAN NOT BE RETURNED!!!
  • JEWELRY CAN NOT BE RETURNED!!!!
  • We will replace or reimburse you for any product DELIVERED TO YOU THAT IS FAULTY OR IN DAMAGED CONDITION UPON ARRIVAL. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, YOU MUST notify us through our "contact us" webpage first WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF YOUR DELIVERY! NO EXCEPTIONS! We do not pay for any shipment back to us.
  • Products returned for store credit, exchange, or refund must be unworn and returned in the original shoebox/bag to qualify for a store credit, exchange, refund.  Returned clothing must be returned with original tags attached.  Items returned must be placed in a shipping box or bag to ship back.  (Please DO NOT simply place a return label on the shoe box – doing so will disqualify the return for refund, if eligible.)  All clearance items (products listed as clearance items) are Final Sale and may not be returned for store credit or exchange.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Products purchased using a discount code or store credit may only be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping and you return all or part of your order bringing the total amount below the required amount for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping amount from your store credit or refund.
  • Store credits are issued for products purchased only; paid shipping is not included.  Store credits never expire.
  • If you are making an exchange, please call before shipping back your return so we may pull out of stock the desired item.  Please do not place an order through the website for an exchange item.  Any orders placed through the website as an exchange will disqualify the refund item for a refund.  A store credit will be issued in such situations.

  • Any packages that are not addressed properly may experience a delay in being processed.  Please note that we do not offer free return shipping.  If you are making an exchange, please include $5 to cover shipping/handling charges of the exchange.  If $5 is not included, we reserve the right to hold your exchange or charge your credit card or Paypal account. 
  • Any return received after 30 days of the original purchase date will not be processed and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Orders are processed as soon as they are placed and cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Store credits must be applied at the time the order is placed.  Credits cannot be given on an order that is already in process.  If you have any questions regarding how to apply your credit, please contact us before placing your order.
